Block external calls, like HTTP, for scripts, styles, and updates. Helpful for local development, audits, and also for intranet solutions.

Description

Deactivate auto-update for core, plugins, themes, and HTTP calls. Also, it replaces all instances of Gravatar services with an empty value.
