HEAVY IN DEVELOPMENT

Reporting Services 2008 onwards only. (ReportService2010 endpoint)

-l Layout file (See etc/sample-layout.xml)
-h Reporting Services endpoint URL
-u SSRS username

-r Replacement root (Layout will be created under this folder)
