Provides Blackhole and Memory based SimpleCache implementations.

Blackhole is useful for when you don't care about caching, but need to provide an instance.
Memory is useful during tests when you need a cache but not a full caching system.

You can install the package via composer:

composer require fastframe/utility-simplecache

composer test
