Adds a live online widget — see who's browsing and what page they're on. Supports Flarum 2.x

• ⚙️ Configurable cache durations, heartbeat interval, avatar limits and visibility toggles from the admin panel
• 👀 Hover over an avatar to see the page they're currently viewing
• 🔐 Permission-gated fields per block with guest visibility controls
• 🤖 Bot filtering — excludes known crawlers from the guest counter
