Namespace reservation package for the garner vendor on Packagist.
This package intentionally ships no code. Its only purpose is to publish the first garner/* package and establish the vendor namespace.

garner/namespace - Package type:
metapackage - This package should not be required by application projects
Publish
- Create a new standalone Git repository for this directory.
- Push the repository to your Git hosting.
- Submit the repository to Packagist.
- Add any additional maintainers on Packagist if needed.
