Installation

Composer Installation

To install the module via Composer, follow these steps:

1. Open your terminal and navigate to the root directory of your Magento 2 installation.
2. Run the following command to require the module:

    composer require mhinspeya/inspeya-google-reviews
   

3. After requiring the module, run the Magento setup upgrade and di compile commands:

    bin/magento setup:upgrade
    bin/magento setup:di:compile
   

4. Finally, clear the cache:

    bin/magento cache:clean
   

Manual Installation

To install the module manually, follow these steps:

1. Download the module package.
2. Extract the package and copy the files to the app/code/MHinspeya/GoogleReviews directory of your Magento 2 installation.
3. Run the Magento setup upgrade and di compile commands:

    bin/magento setup:upgrade
    bin/magento setup:di:compile
   

4. Finally, clear the cache:

    bin/magento cache:clean
   

Configuration

After installation, you can configure the Google Reviews display from the Magento admin panel. Navigate to Stores > Configuration > MHinspeya > Google Reviews to access the module settings. Here are the available configuration options:

General Settings

• Enable: Enable or disable the Google Reviews module.
• Client ID: Add your Google Client ID to generate the access token.

Widget Settings

• Select Accounts: Choose the Google accounts to fetch reviews from.
• Display Slider: Enable or disable the display of reviews in a slider format.
• Show Customer Icon: Show or hide customer icons in reviews.
• Show Customer Name: Show or hide customer names in reviews.
• Show Ratings: Show or hide customer ratings.
• Rating Type: Select the type of rating display (e.g., stars, points).
• Show Ratings From: Specify the source of ratings to display.
• Number of Reviews: Set the number of reviews to display in the widget.
• Filter Review to Display: Apply filters to determine which reviews to show.

Badge Settings

• Show Badge: Enable or disable the display of a review badge.
• Filter Review to Display: Apply filters to determine which reviews to show in the badge.

Usage

After configuring the module, you can add Google Reviews to your product pages using Magento's widget or block functionality. This allows you to place reviews in various sections of your site, providing maximum flexibility and customization.
