Simple and convenient Base64 encoding and decoding for PHP

Requirements

PHP 8.1.0+

Installation

Include the library via Composer [?]:
```
$ composer require pinga/base64
```

Include the Composer autoloader:

require __DIR__ . '/vendor/autoload.php';
